The Activist Dress by Holi Boli is a tailored A-line dress made from 100% organic cotton twill. The dress fits neatly on the shoulders and the long sleeves are pleated at the wrist. A sash belt – tied at front, side or back –shapes the loose-fitting waistline, which is gathered at the back to provide fullness without adding bulk at the hips. The cotton twill fabric is thick and strong, while retaining a soft, brushed feel.
