If you aren’t completely happy with your Holi Boli product and would like a refund or exchange, please let us know at holiboli@live.com.

Returns 
Our returns policy lasts 7 days after you receive your garment. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The refund does not cover the cost of posting your item back to Holi Boli. To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or ID that you are the buyer.

Refunds 
Once your return has been received and inspected by us at Holi Boli, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on the condition of the product). If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment or other agreed refund method within a certain amount of days. 
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at holiboli@live.com.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at holiboli@live.com and we will sort it out together. Please note that as above the cost of returns is yours and no exchange can take place until we receive and inspect the returned product at Holi Boli.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Return postage is at your expense. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
